Just received an e-mail from Companies House regarding the setting up of a Private Company Limited By Guarantee guess what?

The time scale for the normal service of and incorporation of a company, is 8/10 working days then the certificate is sent out in the normal post this can take up to three days.

Note 7/5/7 was a Bank Holiday sounds like the paper work was sent prior to the holiday.

I have just commented on the petition thread that I don”t think a Petition will work now, it is too late. For almost 2 years I have been trying to get the Accounts investigated by a Government dept for Fraud. My MP has been marvellous and we were making progress, but now my MP does not even receive replies to his letters so nothing will happen. Britain is not a
Democracy and Freedom of Information act is a joke.

A lot of people have been fooled into think this was a CHARITY,it is not it is a LTD COMPANY ,Selling god with Maddies iamge to make money ,money that has Maddies blood on it ,set up within DAYS of her demise,so they were not expecting her home?This month Gerry Mc Cann did a cycle race for MCMILLAN CANCER RESEARCH,but he and 4 of his friends did it for the FUND/COMPANY,therefore robbing cancer victims of much needed money,After the race he pldge to do better in the race NEXT YEAR,so not expecting Maddie home before then? but STILL begging money ??I never gave 1p as I suspected them from the first time I sw them but if I had i would be demanding the fund be made public,as everyone who has donated has a right to see what their money has been used for

I have been in touch with my conservative mp.Ian Taylor…who tells me he does not like people who do not tell the truth . I asked him to get in touch with Esther Mcvey who I believe he has a good friendship with about her not replying to my posts on her blog…in fact removing them. I am still waiting for an answer. Many have wrote to Mcvey who stated that no one had asked for their money to be returned…she is a liar…there were posts on her blog from Leicester asking her for their money back she also removed these from her blog.

I am trying to get an investigation started through my MP because I am certain there has been gross
mismanagement of the Fund, although I don”t hold out much hope because my MP is Labour. I have a set
of Accounts from Companies House and there is no detail in the Notes to the Accounts regarding the
huge Legal Fees, £111,000 , for what? I would like to see the working papers on how all these high
costs were incurred, but surely it would have to b e a petition to the Fraud Office to force the
issue and I can”t see that happening. Also the McCanns appointed Directors is surely not what was
envisaged when the public donated.

i agree with all you say but if it is true why don’t you give all this to the police dept
they will loook into any case that they think as a good chance of winning …
